Where is this ''white supremacy '' ? If you look at the average earnings per year in US the Indians and Asians earn far more than whites in the case of Indians twice as much on average .Its also well documented that gays earn far more on average than straight people . https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ethnic_groups_in_the_United_States_by_household_income   -   https://www.vice.com/en/article/59dm4q/gay-people-make-more-money-than-their-straight-peers

Because "Whites" are the new "Jews"

i have already seen Social justice types talk about how "Whites" Control all the media, Corporations etc

Probably the US allows in mainly educated and professional Indians and Asians, because there's not enough intelligent others. The supremacy is in numbers (and guns) of the great unwashed.

There are other motivating factors for one to hire Non-Locals!

If they get uppity and ask for crazy things like higher pay and extra benefits they would be required to give those with full citizenship.

Plus you can extort them by threatening to revoke their visa, The reverse is also an option if passport is retained by employer.

In Quatar, Saudi Arabia and Some German farms hiring Romans during the Lockdown employers sometimes keep the passports of some workers to enable said employer to have the upper hand in negotiations when offering Less than advertised or below minimum wage pay.

The program was intended to serve employers who could not find the skilled workers they needed in the United States. Most people believe that employers are supposed to recruit Americans before they petition for an H-1B worker. Yet, under the law, most employers are not required to prove to the Department of Labor that they tried to find an American to fill the job first. And, if there is an equally or even better qualified U.S. worker available, the company does not have to offer him or her the job. Over the years the program has become a government-assisted way for employers to bring in cheaper foreign labor, and now it appears these foreign workers take over – rather than complement – the U.S. workforce

- Chuck Grassley on H-1B Visas

Lower Homogeneity is also a benefit to the employer,

Areas that were found to be Ethnically Homogeneous or "with low racial diversity" were found to be more likely to unionize and do scary things like ask for a larger share of the profits to be allocated to employee wages and organize strikes and similar actions to accomplish this.

https://observer.com/2020/04/amazon-whole-foods-anti-union-technology-heat-map/

"Amazon Whole Foods’ heat map data suggest that stores with low racial diversity have a high likelihood of unionizing."

Diversity, Communalism & sectarianism is THEIR strength!

If they keep giving them their own "Safe spaces"(Separate Staff room?) pretty soon they are going to be demanding their own separate but equal drinking fountains and special reserved seats on the back of the bus.

This from Sainsburys

Our aim

To be the most inclusive retailer; where every single one of our colleagues feels safe and supported at work. We're actively pushing for change for black people in the UK. We want all our customers and colleagues to be themselves and feel celebrated when they shop at Sainsbury's.

What have we been doing to support our colleagues?

We've relaunched our network that supports ethically diverse colleagues. I AM ME @ Sainsbury's, now has over 2600 members and a very active schedule of events. We run mentoring circles, awareness days, learning sessions and celebrations.

Recently we provided our black colleagues with a safe space to gather in response to the Black Lives Matters movement.

As part of our committment to ensure that our black colleagues have a fair and enjoyable experience working at Sainsbury's, we are reviewing and publishing our ethnicity pay gap later this year.

So I guess what you are saying ^^ in the above, is that the local whites are lazy, awkward and demanding.

There are legal requirements to pay "company benefits" and Mandatory legally enshrined "protections".

Plus an immigrant is less likely to Sue if their employer breaks labour laws

Furthermore it is cheaper to become qualified for the job in other countries,

For example in Romania or Sweden tuition is free

https://www.cnbc.com/2019/10/04/it-can-cost-10000-to-apply-for-medical-school.html

Medical school applicants should expect to budget $5,000 to $10,000 for the application process,

Students take on a median debt of $200,000 to get through medical school, according to the Association of American Medical Colleges.

UK for comparison

https://www.quora.com/How-much-does-it-cost-to-study-medicine-in-UK

£9000 to £9250 a year, for a total of £45 000 to £55 500 dependent on the course you take. UK student receive an NHS bursary for the last two years of the course, effectively reducing the fee to £27 000 to £37 000.

Part-Time and guest worker are preferable to full-time by some employers.

A business that has 50 or more "full-time equivalents" faces a penalty if the employees aren't given the opportunity to have an employer-paid health plan. A business that has fewer than 50 full-time equivalents may receive tax credits for providing a health care plan for employees.

Loophole:

Employers are not required to offer healthcare benefits to part-time employees, even if they offer those benefits to full-time employees.

Thus full-time employees are more expensive to hire than part-time employees

Of all the different demographic groups in Britian white working class boys get the lowest educational results and are the least liikely to go to university . Why is that ? https://www.spectator.co.uk/article/the-lost-boys-the-white-working-class-is-being-left-behind

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Progressive_stack

Because Non-Oppressed is equivalent to Untouchable on the Progressive stack and that is what the joke that is western civilization views as progress.

Being White, Male and Straight puts you so low on the totem pole Money is literally the only thing that can save you!

If you cant buy your way in you don't get in and most white working class people are broke.

Some Homeless white guy from Birmingham and Bill Gates are both more privileged than Millionaire Black celebrities who get PTSD from twitter.

difference being Bill Gates has more purchasing power than a random homeless guy

Plus an immigrant is less likely to Sue if their employer breaks labour laws

If you, me, whoever emigrated to wherever, I don't think that there would be any problem suing an employer. Why should these immigrants be any different?

Questionable legal status of the immigrants visa status(If legally resident at all).

Less familiarity with law(or desire not to be found by boarder enforcement).

Greater consequences for "rocking the boat" (deportation)

Suing your boss can lead to unemployment even if you win and residency can be tied to your job.

Fresh off the boat immigrants don't get dole until they have become naturalized citizens.

So asylum seekers dont get dole until naturalised citizens . So where do they live and what do they live on while their asylum claim which in many cases takes years  is being processed ? According to an article in the Guardian newspaper its costs £85,000 to resettle each asylum seeker  .  https://www.theguardian.com/world/shortcuts/2016/sep/13/why-does-resettling-a-refugee-cost-17000-in-the-us-but-85000-in-britain

I said Immigrants off the boat For example a Japanese Guy or an American who wants to live in the UK just because,

Or more likely a guy from a third world country.

You become a citizen as soon as you claim asylum because the point of asylum is so that you cant be sent back,

A genuine asylum claim would be somebody fleeing Bosnia during the 90s but somebody moving from Bosnia today would just be an immigrant.

There is a reason they keep saying asylum seekers are fleeing "That war" that is apparently happening in France.
