Spotted this in the Shetland News headlines:

£63,000???!

 

How on earth did they manage to spend that much?

 

From the Shetland News site

Paul Kelsall, a community portal development worker, said: “The website will become a key mechanism for developing high-value community enquiries, supporting community processes and developing communities’ reputation.â€

Spent on "development workers". I suspect that the £63,000 is the funding for a year or more rather than just set up costs.
