BigMouth
The SIC use a software package called INTEGRA. In one of their job adverts knowledge of INTEGRA is an essential requirement. If someone had no knowledge of this package because they had never worked in the SIC would the post be worth applying for or can we assume that the position is already earmarked for an internal applicant? How fair is the SIC job application process in reality?
junior
Could they have got knowledge of it from elsewhere, or is it their own software?
BigMouth
It is not their software, but I believe that they are the only organisation in Shetland that use it.
