lerwick
I dont like the term punter used by Brian for Mareel customers, i have looked it up on Wikipedia. A patron of a public house or a patron of a brothel or a customer of a prostitute . What service is Mareel to provide ?

A patron of a public house or a patron of a brothel or a customer of a prostitute . What service is Mareel to provide ?Try a dictionary. Punter is a general colloquial term to describe a customer, and the context in which it was used was quite clear. This thread can be pretty heavy going sometimes.... lerwick
I think it is a term used in England by Del Boy discribing people he is going to rip off. I will certainly be in Mareel for a pint or two and wish it all the best but i do object to be being called a punter.

So the have fond a use for the pointless building at last " a Brothel" Well I will know where to look for our councillors when needed. And Oh They will have to build a Pharmacy next door to the said pub (Like in Scalloway)So they can get there Viagra (Oops! I mean essential Pharmacist pointless advice.) That the NHS Lerwick thinks the Scalloway Doctors don’t know, after all that Brewers Droop from propping up the bar.And hey some advice to the Lerwick Police when they raid the said Brothel you arrest the piano player too. shetlandpeat
^Paul Who says I'm getting 'worked up'? (Shrrup Ghostrider ). It is far easier to relay concerns and discuss matters with your Contract Administrator and indeed all of your Project Team before handover rather than have to deal with matters via NHBC or Zurich warranty bods afterwards. Wow, Wiki speaks on aluminium - do you not realise how salt/salt water reacts with aluminium? If the roof and cladding are not powdercoated/treated, they MIGHT have a lifetime of less than 20 years but much also depends on the thickness and quality of the aluminium. yawn
