It will all depend on what response the teams get back from players new and old, if there is enough people interested then the Thomson cup will be played for over the summer as a league to give the guys not playing for Ness seniors football with the aim to geting a B team going next summer.

Then as was discussed at the league AGM the league will start a winter format with a mixture of indoor and outdoor competitions over the winter, next year there would be no summer competition except possibly a knock out cup for the purpose of giving the three parish cup squads a few games prior to the Parish Cup competition starting up.

Also for consideration is the fact that there is a three week period in the SFA fixture list where Ness United has no fixtures so there could be a possibility that a knock-out cup for the full teams could be played then, but that is just a proposal at the moment as there may be a backlog of fixtures or Parish Cup fixtures to play then.

All this is still to be discussed at the member clubs AGM so some of it could be subject to a bit of tweaking.
