Thats just what I was thinking Styles :!: :!:

I couldna even be bothered to go as far as the shed for coal for the fire.

Surely it wasna a Shetlander, was it?

Rona's Hill is a hell of a trek on a fine day in the summer, never mind mid February with rain, sleet and wind chill of about minus 10. Sod that.

No He isn't a Shetlander.

(neither am I but you wouldn't have caught me out there :) )

I know he was advised about the weather etc but he chose to carry on.

I was also told by someone who spoke to him yesterday afternoon that he wasn't properly clothed.

A complete idiot I agree he should be made to cover all costs plus stand all the coastguards etc who spent hours looking for him a damn good drink.

8O

I canna believe anybody would be that dense, reckless and feckless.

What was he/she trying to do, get a free flight to iceland by putting their jacket above their head, like bairns do on a windy hill?

Seriously though, there wouldn't even be any view in yun weather.
