Alan Posted March 14, 2007 Report Share Posted March 14, 2007 Two resident DJ's from one of the most popular clubs in Glasgow travel north later this month to make their debut in Shetland. Jonathan Wilkes and Keith McIvor, better known as Optimo, bring theiracclaimed club night to the North Star in Lerwick on Saturday 31st March. The Optimo DJ's have been plying their trade in Glasgow's trendy Sub Club for exactly 10 years now, and although their residency is on a Sunday night, they have built up a massive following due to their eclectic mix of music, which includes funk, indie, electro, techno, hip hop and soul. Optimo have a busy year ahead, after just returning from a tour of America, Wilkes and McIvor also have gigs in Spain, France Norway and Hungary.
