Death may not be the escape you presume it to be anyway. On further thought, no-one knows how he died yet anyway. He may have been tortured. I think Milosevic's death (probably from poisoning, according to his own suspicions in his last Thursday's letter) transforms this "legal action" into a complete farce. We've recently had a TV report about the German jounalist Thomas Deichmann and Penny Marshall from UK who said how "persecution by Milosevic" were feigned by European authorities and how difficult this people have met in their "democratic" countries to oppose the official view: http://www.antiwar.com/justin/j041000.htmlhttp://www.iacenter.org/folder02/deichmann.htm Nobody cares that over 300 000 Serbs have fleed Kosovo after NATO forces took it over, that more Albanians fleed Kosovo because of NATO bombardings than they'd done before that, that "Albanian mass graves" in Kosovo are false: http://www.commondreams.org/views04/0902-02.htmhttp://www.btinternet.com/~nlpWESSEX/Documents/Kosovofalsehoods.htm Etc etc etc. So the fact that it's mostly the Serbian side which is being accused just makes this trial action a complete joke. deardron Posted March 13, 2006 Report Share Posted March 13, 2006 Yes, that's sad how these facts are kept in silence in Europe&States... As of the reason for his death, stop press... I don't believe it's a sudden death for 2 reasons: 1) Some weeks ago another Serbian leader whose name escaped my mind was found dead in Haague prison. 2) 1 day before his death Milosevic writes a letter to the Russian MFA where he says that he suspects that he's gonna be poisonned. So on the next day he's found dead too. Secret services possess poisons which can imitate another origin of death and affect heart or other organs leaving no traces. I'm not a specialist in these matters, just recalling the noise around Arafat's death. I think it will be a disaster for the International Court if Milosevic will be concluded poisoned.
