kirsty
^^ McGeady is really the only decent player that they have left but is his mind going to be straight now that he has finally been exposed as a cheat ? What a disgraceful comment to make. What about Kyle Laferty v Aberdeen? Kevin Thomson v Celtic and Kris Boyd against Dundee Utd? (I could go on) Cheating didn’t affect their performances. nederlander
^^You might be right. Nah, on second thoughts I admire your optimism Tirvaluk, but it'll just magnify your disappointment again. I don't think they have replaced their ''passengers'' with anything better. Fortune the £3million+ player doesn't seem to be be a cert to start now. Fox is a full back, is he any better than Naylor ? N'Guemo looks a tidy player but is he any better than Hartley or what they already have with Robson ,Flood or Caddis ? Maloney has taken the place of Nakamura but he has hardly set the place alight with his performances so far this season.Zheng Zhi is going to sign, he's yet another midfielder. I thought Celtic should be signing a centre back instead of shipping O'Dea out.McGeady is really the only decent player that they have left but is his mind going to be straight now that he has finally been exposed as a cheat ? Nice one, this is the most blinkered post I've ever read! Cheers for the laugh!
muckletrow
Frankie as a Rangers supporter myself, I find your comments a disgrace and embarrassing.
joshua767
Left back has been the problem area of the Celtic team for a couple of seasons, but we brought in a left back who was selected for the Championship team of the year. Landry N'Guemo looks like the best defensive midfielder we've had since Neil Lennon. Mowbray has brought Boruc back to near his best, and you can already see McGeady is benifiting, Maloney is finally match fit! So I dont agree with the comments sayin that Rangers have strengthened more than Celtic, when Celtic has spent over 10million pound. Most people still seem a bit wary of Fortune so weel see how that one turns out.
Frankie
^^ McGeady is really the only decent player that they have left but is his mind going to be straight now that he has finally been exposed as a cheat ? What a disgraceful comment to make. Not sure if disgraceful is the correct word for my comment but I'll accept that I maybe should have left out the word ''finally'' and perhaps Boruc and Scott Brown are decent players too. I would agree that Lafferty and Thomson's cheating was disgraceful. What did you think of McGeady's cheating kirsty? The rest of my post was just my opinion that the players Celtic had taken in were not as good as the ones they had got rid of. Gosh, some teams supporters are easily offended. kirsty
As I do not know who you are or what playing experience you have, I will not get involved in that one, but as “nerlander†stated you had written the most blinkered blog he had read on this site. Also, I see I'm not the only one who has replied to this so why only ask my opinion?
Frankie
Unfortunately, I have to agree with Frankie here, Celtic have lost too many class players and this Rothen from PSG looks a class act. As I do not know who you are or what playing experience you have, I will not get involved in that one, but as “nerlander†stated you had written the most blinkered blog he had read on this site. Also, I see I'm not the only one who has replied to this so why only ask my opinion? Make your mind up kirsty, yesterday you agreed with me. Have Celtic signed Lionel Messi in between your two posts ?
kirsty
Frankie! I agreed with your post regarding the signings. McGeady was a totally different thing altogether. My point was "people in glass houses.........."
Frankie
......, but as “nerlander†stated you had written the most blinkered blog he had read on this site. Thanks for clearing that up. For a minute there I thought you were agreeing with ''nederlander''.
muckletrow
Looks to like Celtic should have appointed Frankie or Kirsty, as they opbiously have more knowledge of football than Tony Mowbray.

Marooned in Maywick
Not sure if disgraceful is the correct word for my comment but I'll accept that I maybe should have left out the word ''finally'' Ach, Frankie, not for the first time I'm going to have to disagree with you. You should most certainly NOT leave out the word 'finally'. That cheating wee Cabbage Patch Kid-faced shoitebag has been at it for years. Just like Larsson, Petrov, Maloney, Nakamura, Sutton and countless others before. And just like many on the other side of that festering rancid city. Just as a by-the-way...Gordon Smith has reportedly (Talk Radio) declined to comment on McGeady's ordering off because 'he hasn't seen it yet'. Excuse me? The chief executive of the SFA, who just happens to be on an anti-diving crusade, hasn't had time to take a look at the biggest talking point (for the Weegie media anyway) in this weekend's fixtures? Yet he's got plenty of time to watch Champions' League fixtures? And comment ad nauseum thereon? Ghordon Smith - not fit for the purpose.

Fortune has started all the competitive games he has been fit for, he was injured last weekend. Now that the refs are clamping down on cheats, do you think Novo will ever play again???
