shetlandcars Posted March 12, 2008 Report Share Posted March 12, 2008 It should be noted that vehicles should be disposed of correctly at the end of their working life and the cost of the dismantling and making safe should be born by the manufacturer via an approved treatment center - The Shetland Amenity Trust being one as far as I am aware (this was a recent thing) So you should call them for disposal, they will collect it free of charge and dismantle it. http://www.defra.gov.uk/environment/waste/topics/elvehicledir.htm Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
