da ness man
The Shetland Times is beginning to read like Pravda these days with stories that have been airbrushed of anything likely to embarrass the company's top brass. There was no mention in the Times last month of the vote of no confidence in the paper's editor even though plenty of other media outlets reported the story in full. Instead just a brief piece in the Times saying Lee's taking up a new job in England. Surprise, surprise. The paper he is moving to also believes in tidying up stories. A google search reveals that this is how the North West Evening Mail reported the arrival of their new editor: http://www.nwemail.co.uk/news/viewarticle.aspx?id=584120
