did you go to the competitions?

 

i was at every one :)

 

haha, no i was at the last compettition with him, and we caught a cod, or sometthing, and it was only me and him! so we called it quits, well he did :x are you interested then?

yeah, I was at every meet the first year....

didn't make many the second year tho.....

 

the problem with a shore league is that most of the bigger fishies come inshore during winter....and we don't get that many days to fish in winter :(

so, have u been doing any shore fishing this year?

 

hellisters back to its old ways again, but the 6lb pilticks are still not around in great numbers, i went last weekend camping, during night had about 30 pilticks from 2lb - 4lb , and a few flounders, a couple of eels, oh and a small cod about 5lb

 

ill speak to you when im back from the home international in dover

How did you get on in Dover?

i got bronze, on the first day i got 2nd in my zone, i beat the english on the first day so im happy, i caught a good dover sole on walmer beach, appartenyl 1lb +, so im happy!

Was it hard adapting to the different conditions? - I would have thought the "locals" would have had an advantage over someone from Shetland.

you have to understand that fish are un-naturally attracted to Liams baits

he is an oustanding fisherman! :D

well yeh but i knew what i was fishing for and i had caught them before in shetland ( wrasse and pouting) and it was over rocky ground, so im used to it.. kinda.. ill hopefully be in the team next year, the team manager said he wants me in the team next year, its in wales!
