We had one on Monday at our house in Sandveien around midday trying to sell stuff. When we said we werent buying, they asked if we had anything we could give them! tom thumb Posted June 26, 2008 Report Share Posted June 26, 2008 10 years ago i lived in a small village in the cotswolds and one day a small group of gypsies moved on to the land out the front of my house, within a day more turned up lighting fires cutting down trees etc. due to them being a minority group the police cannot do much about them apart from get who owns the land to get a court order on them. in the mean time you will have to put up with them trashing everything verbal abuse getting a good kicking if you look at them in the wrong way.if you are lucky the police will tell you the day that they will be leaving and advise you to lock all doors windows and put anything you can indoors.next day relief they have all gone , now wait for the local clean up boys to remove all there crap old gas bottles broken glass still live and let live is a great saying if you and your family havent spent the last two weeks living in fear Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
