unlinkedstudent
Awww blow it, just send in the Royal Marines. I bet they could land there.I bet they'd cheat and use helicopters. That ain't cheating. Oops, does the idiot have any land to air missiles? Pre-occupy him with a chopper in the air whilst the SBS go in! paulb
Chris hodge was selling his old stock of fireworks off last year. Maybe a combined roman candle barrage.
EM
Hill goes on and on about "our" freedom. By law I have a free right to visit Forewick. Hill is unilaterally trying to restrict my freedom to do so. Whatever he claims regarding the "true" legal status of Shetland, such action has an immediate directly negative effect on myself and everyone else. So much for increasing freedom. Anyone interested in the specific law can find the details here: Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003
crofter
Kayaks could do it.... It would be kinda funny if he wound up his own propeller though!

You heading down that way personally to ovesee and direct any clearup operation alieviating any potential risk?
Person
If these traps where installed before the winter then I doubt they will still be there. Unless he's undergone some major coastal defense work.
DavrossT
http://www.shetland-news.co.uk/letters_04_2009/Be%20warned.htm I accept your challenge.

If these "devices" exist at all, they will be small inshore things. To deploy something which could sink the lifeboat is beyond the capapility of the forvik navy. Ghostrider
So, when are the wastside folk planning to get together a flotilla to test the integrity of Forvik's costal defences.....and liberate the occupied territory. Were the resident wildlife given an opportunity to express an opinion concerning the change of government, I don't believe they were. Considering the carry on they had to put up with all last summer, I'll be surprised if they don't vote for the former form of government and total peace and quiet. Sound like fair justification to me to liberate them from the invader. I'm sure, if indeed any booby traps exist around the place, an experienced shellfish diver, or someone with a glessy boddamed box thingy (I forget the name right now) and a grapnel would render them null and void in under 5 minutes. Ghostrider
^^ Sling a ton bag under her, scoop up a fill of slurry from some Ness byre in passing, and let it go directly above the Royal Palace. It probably won't discourage him from going there....but everybody will certainly know when he's just come from there for weeks to come. JohanofNess
He's already an embarrassment for Shetland, this just hammers the point home.
