wild idea wait until 2 in the morning and visit his real home address. check that his passport is in order and expel him for breaching boarder control.

But then you would have to prove his own case for him? You#d have to show that Forvik was a sovereign country for that to hold.

Why would you want to do that? So far at least the local and national agencies have managed pretty well to save us the money of giving him the day in court he's obviously getting more and more desperate to provoke.

With the LandRover I can't see his case - sure any car, foreign registered or not, would be moved if it was left in a dangerous position. As long as they avoid trying to charge him for the tax or MOT side of things, it should not bring the "Forvik" question into the court..........

In that case Carlos i reject the authority of the UK and Scottish government over the bit of Wester Skeld that i own. So i now don't have to pay income tax, council taxes which will go up to cover his not paying.

Allowing this man to get away with what he is doing because they don't want the hastle will just convince him that he is right. even a foreign car must conform to the law in this country when its here.

The police need to investigate and deal with any offences that he has committed even if its just littering.

Not doing so makes it one law for him and another for the rest of us.

I imagine that the taxes issue will go to court in the end, but there is no need to do it on his terms.

Anything that affects the safety of other obviously has to be dealt with mediately, but if you can get the same effect without wandering into a 5 year court case, then I'd rather it was done that way. Do we want to see a high court case for every single charge that could be brought against him?

I still think we should pay for his fare back to essex. think how many he could annoy there.

Can you wait until after mid-June when I've moved to Shetland though because Essex is only one mile from where I live! I would hate to bump into him in Ilford Sainsbury's!
