Did that include a coach trip between Heathrow and Gatwick along the M25 at your own expense?. Actually I have seen similar involving Glasgow to Shetland via London. If you were only flying between Sumburgh and Aberdeen that makes sense as BA only books flights between those two airports as part of a journey continuing south with BA.
