Caravan Storage - Can anyone help?

Hi,

 

Can anyone tell me if there is anyone that can store a static caravan preferably around the Sandwick area?

 

I have a number for Shetland Industries Ltd based in Sandwick who may be able to help, unfortunately we have been unable to get hold of anybody on the phone after many attempts.Anyone have another number or whom to contact or anyone who might be able to offer short term storage for a Static we are bringing to Shetland .

Eddie Barclay, he of singing fame used to be the man to talk to about renting space in the Broonie's Taing sheds, but after the whole recent debacle of the cod hatchery there I'm not sure what's going on there at the moment or if he has any involvement any longer.

 

I assume you're talking about covered secure storage, and not just a piece of ground someplace to park it on, in which case there's not much else in sandwick unless farm buildings and I'd imagine they're all already occupied.

 

There's a 30ft x 20ft steel shed available at the south end of Levenwick, but its for sale, not rent, and probably a bit excessive as a short term solution. Buying the shed would probably cost as much/more than buying a new caravan.

Is there anywhere else around lerwick or South Mainland in general anyone could help us with preferably covered area for a couple of months its size 35ft x 12 ft for some rent.
