hoosn
nothing personal to any one individual, but driving whilst under the influence of drink/drugs is one of the most selfish, thoughtless things a person can do,it wrecks so many innocent lifes and anyone who does it deserves all they get.if they dont want to be locked up for the weekend the answers simple......dont drink and drive.sorry but i fully support the choice they made. paulb
we hope he would. if not then he would be up on a charge too. it may work for you kicking the thieves teeth in but not an 80 year old granny. how drunk was the guy. they can't interview him until he was sober so if he was very drunk he would have only been ready for interview sunday dinner or later. it realy did not give him a chance to defend himself
DamnSaxon
yep , and then they have to listen to scrotey deviant little twirps lying thru thier teeth and then go out n try n crack a smile , is not a job i could doI'll go along with that. Strictly unofficially (it being illegal ... ) I used to "come across" their radio frequencies now and then before it all went onto Tetra, and when you hear them going from "domestic" to ghastly RTA to some mad woman who'd got out of the ambulance when it stopped on a bridge ... and thrown herself off the bridge ... it makes you wonder how they can sleep at nights. Kudos to them, I say, dunno how they stand it.

Only kidding yourself, i hate to see the day your house gets done over, your car goes missing and your left with no clues as to who did it.. Im still pretty sure you will phone the police. What next, house on fire? Get out and put the garden hose on it?
Ghostrider
^^ Put your money where your mouth is then, you'll still lose.
shetlandpeat
^^^ Ghost has some truth to what he sez...sometimes, the hassle, the loss of no claims, increased premiums can stop you reporting all instances, as does a chip pan fire, controlled with a damp cloth can over ride a call to the fire guys. Ghostrider
^^ Ummm....Where did I make any mention of doing anything illegal?
MDB
Mmmmm, Get your own back on whoever did it if you find out who they are. That kinda defines it don't you think ?
Ghostrider
^^ Defines what, exactly? Payback comes in whatever form best suits, just because an illegal act generated the need for it, it doesn't necessarily follow that it too must be illegal. Nope, I don't think so.Surely, in terms of those who have suffered a crime, not becoming a victim is the first step in getting your own back. That's the starting point and there's an very long way and a huge amount of scope between that and becoming a criminal yourself, no?
