Jeemsie1989
^^ Do we know if he was aiming for the baby or if it was just a mis-aim? I've got no idea.
paulb
he fired a weapon at people wether he was aiming at the child or not he intended to cause harm or fear. he had no remorse so he should have got dumped on. if he had gone into a bank or shop with it he would have got 5 years so why is it ok for him to blast away at a woman and child. did the driver of the car also suffer from personality disorders or was he just a scum bag. i wonder if the little confused child( 18 ) will grow up or his he going to be spending most of his life at HMS expense. is this the same misunderstood personhttp://force10.co.uk/sn_test/archives/pages/news%20stories/2006/05_2006/ill_gotten_gains_spent_on_sweets.htmhttp://force10.co.uk/sn_test/archives/pages/news%20stories/2007/01_2007/student_gets_chance_to_clear_name.htm
Jeemsie1989
Good point, well made. I agree with that. I wasn't sure if it was jut mis-aimed or what. But now I actually think about it, he was firing a gun, end of story, he should serve hard time.
Fifi
http://force10.co.uk/sn_test/a.....sweets.htm "He told the police he gave some it away to friends, bought some items and in a few days he spent £500 on sweets." "Sheriff Graeme Napier responded: "Does that include the ferry to Belgium to visit the chocolate factory?" You gotta love that Sheriff..
tlady
£500 on sweets Well at least that explains the "symptoms" of obsessive compulsive behaviour
Para Handy
Why is everybody so surprised about the state of the court system in this country. Fowzi Badavi NejadThe only surviving terrorist from the Iranian embassy siege can remain in Britain for at least six months, sources have confirmed today He cannot be deported because he would face execution in IranHe has served 28 years in prison for his involvement in the 1980 attack, and was granted parole on Tuesday Nejad will then be granted Special Immigration Status, which is used for foreign criminals a Home Office spokesman refused to comment, Trevor Lock, a policeman among the hostages caught up in the siege, has written to the Home Office protesting against Nejad's release. He told The Sun: "This guy was as bad as the rest of them. He was the only one of them I didn't connect with at all."Once he even shot over the head of the charge d'affaires for amusement."He commits a major crime, goes to prison, comes out and is allowed to stay in the country where he committed it – madness I think this sums it up. Our court system has gone completely barmey
Jeemsie1989
^ I can see your point, but he's served his time. 28 years is a long time. Are you suggest that every person who commits a crime should be sent into exile out of this country?
Para Handy
No. But it should depend upon the type of crime committed. The man is a extremist terrorist and I don’t think 28 years in a Uk jail is going to change that. The trouble is that nobody else wants this tick turd back in there own country either so we are stuck with him
