I've looked all through the User Guides but I can't find any information on deleting my user account. I think the time has come to remove my vile soothmoother ideas from what is, other than the occasional walk to the shop and a weekly parent/toddler group, my only contact with the Shetland community.

Good-bye and good luck to you all!

I always found it astounding when a Local of Aith once told me that they didn't want Hjatland to build houses as it meant they wouldn't have control who moved into the community.

Sorry to see you feel you have to stop posting on this forum, seems like the local mafia have struck again.

I'm sure we have all had bad days on Shetlink. Tomorrow is another day.

And as trout says "Don't let the bas......" Eh? What the...? how did that get passed the swear filter you scoundrel?.....anyway it's true. One opinion is as good as any other around here. It's not so much the 'Truth' that counts, it's the taking part. All our 'truths' are different and that's a wonderful thing (most of the time ).

Happy to meet, sorry to part, happy to meet again.

^^

Thanks for your replies everyone and I must apologise for my childish outburst. I've been quite upset over the last few over some of the comments made in this forum and I think pregnancy hormones are making me a bit more sensitive than usual. I'm just going to lay low for a bit until it all tides over. Besides - I'm too addicted to this site to leave it :(
