Fjool Posted March 21, 2009 Report Share Posted March 21, 2009 Was at Paul's exhibition today and really enjoyed myself. There are some really great pieces. Very strong use of colour and dramatic ideas. The large canvasses and ability to step closer to see the brush strokes and layered paint really interested me. Some interesting, almost digital looking details against scenes of Shetland nature were particularly notable. The food was delicious too. All in all, a good afternoon out.
