Sudden Stop
The qualifying will be screened in an hour and the muppet on the 12 o'clock news just blurted out who qualified on pole postion. No point in watching now... Not impressed - he could have at least warned of the spoiler.
Jumbo
Still worth a watch though, the new regs have really turned things on its head! I couldnt believe how close the cars were in Q1 and Q2. Cant wait for the race.
dandev
What do you make if the cars then? Thought last years Mclaren was a thing of beauty, not so sure about this years, bit ugly if you ask me. I thought that Murray Walker was coming back, anyone else hear this? I miss the James Allan & Martin Brundle duo, don't like this Jonathon character.
north
I have never been able to understand the interest in televised F1 racing - the real thing is incredible however. It is a bit like watching darts; but even more boring. Or snooker; which has to be the most boring televised sport ever created...

At least with car racing of any kind you get to watch replays of crashes from almost every angle these days...watching it live, blink and you missed it. Siffy
BBC interactive coverage is the best. Turn off the commentators and stay onboard with the drivers. Well done BBC.

TeeAyBee
^^^ Doesn't work when you've recorded the whole thing on first broadcast - great idea for the repeat later in the day though.
MaxFusion
I prefer my sleep to getting up a silly o clock to watch it live just have to avoid stoopid Newscasters tho...

He came out with some classic howlers, such as "Oh, and it looks like he has a gearbox problem" (just as a tyre came off and bounced down the track). Bring back Murray! Ross
Anybody else enjoying the coverage today? Not even seen any racing yet, I'm feeling the bits and pieces that the BBC are doing; interviews and technology, yeah!
