Travel companys in the uk have cancelled all holidays to various regions in mexico until mid may. I cant see this having much of an effect on the spread of the virus, slow it down a tad, maby a little. Ah well. Onwards and upwards ! Secretary Janet Napolitano of the Department of Homeland Security had this to say during a media briefing:We're also actively monitoring travelers at our land, sea, and air ports. We're watching them for signs of illness, and we have appropriate protocols in place to deal with those who are sick. Precautions are being taken to protect travelers and border personnel. Anyone exhibiting symptoms is being referred to an isolation room where they can be evaluated by a public health official before proceeding to their destruction. How many oil company folks come from the USA and have they been up here in the last week. Have we the health checks at the airports and harbours ready.
