He put his money where his mouth was and bought some of the best players in the world in the 90s and success soon followed. He was also responsible for equalling the Celtics 9 in a row and almost making the 1993 Champions league Final. Perhaps his greatest legacy was ending the clubs transfer policy, prior to his tenure Rangers not only condoned sectarianism, they practiced it.
