xoni
Its just usual forum protocol to use a 'handle' I belong to numerous forums and I've never used my actual name because no one does..at the same time its not done in any kind of attempt to hide who I am either. Guest Anonymous
The usual is drill bits, maltesers and a Jeremy Clarkson DVD.If my son gave me a Jeremy Clarkson DVD, I wouldn't be responsible for my actions. I'm hoping he's giving me a CLAN calender.
EM
Sorry about that. Its MichaelFormally perhaps, but I think you would agree that it is really more of a Moikul . Hiyi by the way. As for the anonymity thing, I certainly don't think much of it. I reckon it appeals to some in a kind of Batman masked avenger fantasy manner. I've always got much more interest in what non-anonymous people have to say.
Oddrun
If anybody sends a Jeremy Clarkson DVD to Auld Rasmie.....I will not tell what I will do (it is against the law) !!!!!!!! And PS: I use my real first name
Guest Anonymous
And, by the way m. stewart, thanks for starting the best topic that's been seen on Shetlink for many months. All we normally get here are posts about windmills, idiots at the toon hall, etc.. So it's good to see a topic where folk can have a laugh, in the normal Shetland way.Absolute cracker, and a very warm welcome to Shetlink.Cheers fae:Da Auld Een

Ghostrider
^^ There are as many Hoosn's as there are geese with bare feet, you're being no help, so I won't be any either. I'm sure if I used my real name 99.9% of the folk reading this board would say, "WhoTF is he?" So they may as well say the same to an alias that's half the length of my real name, and says a whole lot more about me....if you can read cryptic, that is.
