The SIC is behind this chem-spraying in attempt to get the population to be better behaved and support the Councillors, employees of the SIC, school closures and the removal of free music lessons.

I know this is true because all members of the SIC have been given gas masks and have all been given training on how to make tin-foil hats to keep the mind control transmissions (yet another SIC plot) from disrupting their brain patterns.

The cost of these programmes is mind blowing (all the more reason to wear your tin foil hat), and apparently even more than the cost of getting rid of Mr. Creosote. But it should all be worth it when Shetland apparently returns to the idyllic days of the 1960's.

The SIC is behind this chem-spraying

I doubt many if any SIC muppets would need to be told anything about such a "need to know" based program.

"Mind control transmissions" are one of the more extreme of the hypothesis that have been put forward to explain the phenomenon. Most folk who are aware of the program don't go along with such an idea and it is more often put forward as a cheap attempt to discredit anyone who ever mentions chemtrails.

Strangely enough though the American government does seem to take such a consideration valid; as it is mentioned in the `Space Preservation Act of 2001':

SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS.

(2)(A) The terms `weapon' and `weapons system' mean a device capable of any of the following:

(ii) Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person)--

(I) through the use of any of the means described in clause (i) or subparagraph (B);

(II) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems using radiation, electromagnetic, psychotronic, sonic, laser, or other energies directed at individual persons or targeted populations for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of such persons or populations; or

(III) by expelling chemical or biological agents in the vicinity of a person.

(B) Such terms include exotic weapons systems such as--

(i) electronic, psychotronic, or information weapons;

(ii) chemtrails;

So who knows. They're not in any hurry to let me in on their secret games.

Now I'm not saying I know of any biological warfare agenda either; I tend to think along more weather modification lines but I would be interested to know, what your view would have been if Shetlink had been on the go forty odd year ago and I had claimed that the Ministry of Defence had turned large parts of the country into a giant laboratory to conduct a series of secret germ warfare tests on the public; releasing potentially dangerous chemicals and micro-organisms over vast swaths of the population without the public being told. Or that more than a million people along the south coast of England, from Torquay to the New Forest, were exposed to bacteria including e.coli and bacillus globigii.

If, at that time I claimed, US and UK military scientists were spraying into the air massive quantities of serratia marcescens bacteria, with an anthrax simulant and phenol, or that bacteria were released on the London Underground at lunchtime along the Northern Line between Colliers Wood and Tooting Broadway.

Would you believe me if I said Successive governments will try to keep details of the germ warfare tests secret.

Would you...

(A) Think it unacceptable that the public were treated as guinea pigs without their knowledge.

(B) Trust that the MoD would commission a couple of scientists to review the safety of these tests and that both would report that there was no risk to public health.

© Put it down to some outragous conspiracy theory, by morons wearing tin foil hats and sit scoffing and laughing at them because you're quite sure that no such thing would take place without your complete knowledge and consent and anyone who attempts to say otherwise, is a deluded fool.

Well; which is it?

Asked whether such tests are still being carried out, she said: 'It is not our policy to discuss ongoing research.'

"The Ministry of Defence turned large parts of the country into a giant laboratory to conduct a series of secret germ warfare tests on the public.

A government report just released provides for the first time a comprehensive official history of Britain's biological weapons trials between 1940 and 1979. "

How naive of you to believe a government report.

"Brighter, whiter clouds could fight global warming"

Tim Flannery's slightly disturbing idea compounds global dimming with the proposed addition of sulfur to aircraft fuel that will change the color of the sky when dispersed but leave protective reflective particles in the atmosphere. Another suggestion that less brings to mind an apocalyptic sky is from Colorado's National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) supporting white roofs in densely-populated warmer climate cities. It is clear that drastic times call for drastic measures and the sky is the limit.

Rasch's paper Climate effects of geoengineering using cloud seeding and stratospheric aerosols was presented in a symposium "Can geoengineering save us from global warming?" at the American Association for the Advancement of Science 2010 annual meeting at the San Diego Convention Center on Saturday.

Geoengineering is defined as “planetary-scale environmental engineering of our atmosphere, our weather, the oceans, and the Earth itself. The methods, or schemes, that may be used now without public oversight or debate, prior public notification, U.S. Congress or State oversight, are staggering in number and scope.

Many private corporations, universities, government agencies, private individuals, states, counties, and cities, may participate in deploying a vast array of geoengineering experiments. Currently no government agency, or the U.S. Congress at this time, will have any idea what the cumulative or synergistic effects may be when these experiments are deployed. In addition, no one, not even the U.S. Congress or the public, will have any oversight of these programs or how they will be implemented unless action is taken today to prevent these questionable experiments.

Here Kenneth Caldeira, a climate scientist and an influential voice on present and future ocean acidification, and the prospects of “geoengineering†solutions to global warming, who has contributed to reports for the Nobel-Prize-winning and Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and has testified before the U.S. Congress and the British Parliament on climate-related issues, explains his good intentions:

And didn't you see Highlander 2 about 20 years ago?

Chemtrails. I find this to be an interesting conspiricy theory I have followed for the past 10 years or more. At this time I have to chose to neither believe nor to disbelieve. I know people who build chemtrail busters and have been placing them all over this small part of the coast I live on. They are of course a bit odd, these folk. Galileo I am sure was considered odd in his time.

I know that arrogance and dishonesty is at the very core of your nature Gibber and there's nothing much you can do about that but this must make it about 9 out of every 10 posts you have ever made on Shetlink, to have come scampering after me, like one of those little yippy dogs, who are happy to bark away at folk all day, knowing it is just out of reach of a good boot up the aarse like it needs but if you could see your way to finding something else to focus your odd little obsession on, or better still just F O to a forum where posting pointless, meaningless crap is more acceptable; it could mean that anyone else who may have anything constructive to add, would be more encouraged to join in.

Its not a pointless posting at all, that film has a subplot of fake global warming to enable corporation profiteering, and they even turn the sky a different colour just like in that link you posted. And it doesn't get more "mainstream viewscreen" as you put it than a Hollwood sci fi pic with Sean Connery.

If it angers you that you actually believe something so similar to a bit of backstory from of a third rate fantasy film from 20 years ago then you might want to try questioning the pointless, meaningless crap you continually post.

Or post some real evidence, thats probably your best bet.
