SJP17, you're exactly right. Tickets are on-sale from the Shetland Box Office and the event isn't being screened on Sky Box Office (as much as we'd all like this to happen!) :D

Tickets are on sale from Saturday 2 April from the Shetland Box Office, Islesburgh and can be purchased in person or by telephone only. Please note there is no online option available for this event.

Please see advert in Shetland Times and on posters.

Cheers.

Hello Teenie3

Due to the fact that last years event didn't sell out we haven't put a restriction on the number of tickets per person. I considered it but I think the cost of tickets might stop anybody from bulk buying and selling on.

It's hard to judge, last year there seemed to be demand but we had 50 unsold for the evening session and 50+ for the afternoon session!

There will be 14 tickets per table this year, with the tiered seating being unreserved seating. The box officer will have a hall plan so you can select the seating of your choice when purchasing.

cheers.

Thanks for dat Clickimin. I thought because of the price there wouldn't be a restriction - not many folk would decide to buy 10 @ £50 each on the chance they'll get them resold.

Not that I need many - joost 5, but if the limit was 4pp then I'd know 2 of us had to queue.

Looking forward to it already! :D

We've had lots of people phone the centre to enquire about number of seats available at the tables. To clarify again there will be 14 seats per table. You can buy a single ticket or the whole table if you wish. The tables are numbered but the individual seats are not. The box office will have a hall plan from which you can select the table of your choice.

Please again note that the tickets are not available on-line at the box office but can be picked up in person from Islesburgh or by telephoning 01595745555.

Thanks and look forward to seeing you in September. :D

Is it 2 sessions as last year & if so is the prices of £50/£55 for 1 session or 2?

Hello Lively

There will be 2 sessions (quarter finals in afternoon, semis and final at night) but the tickets are a whole day pass so £50/£55 covers the whole day. Very few took up the option of single session last year and those who bought afternoon sessions wanted to stay for the evening anyway!

Cheers.
