I was essentially pointing out how I feel that religion has minimal merit.

 

I suspect that this was the reason for setting up the religion-free school.

 

So my point was entirely relevant.

Err, no I wasn't addressing you, hence the use of the phrase "slightly off the original thread topic" and not "I disagree with you Expat." I was referring to my own post.

 

I was merely pointing out what I thought to be a humorous quote about religion, which was tenuously linked to the OP about religious free schools.
