Please contribute to them, rather than start a new one **) Alistair Buchan states he wants to bring the Council into the 21st Century.Let's hope he can help do this.But this must also be a condemnation on David Clark and especially Morgan Goodlad for past dereliction of duty.... Equally, this too has to be a condemnation of Sandy Cluness and his Senior Cronies who apparantly are still flopping around in the 20th Century, a result surely, of not working closely and taking advice from the Chief executives, (especially Morgan) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
