Interesting, I didn't have a loss of service tonight GR. I did have a gaming ping of 100-200ms between 8 and 10pm. Rebooted the router to no avail before pulling the plug for about 10 mins. Was fine after the reconnect.

 

99% of the time the failures for me are authentication failures on Plusnet's side. Connection to the exchange is just fine.

Plusnet have reopened the error status, seems it's not completely fixed...

It has become apparent that the issue we had previously reported as fixed, is still ongoing. Our suppliers are still working on this problem and we hope to have it resolved shortly.

 

Fingers crossed it doesn't go off again....
