piggywiggie
I think myself lucky then! I only paid £2000 over asking price for mine!
Shoogler
One sold recently in central Lk at a 20% premium Offers over 235K, sold for 286K IMHO it was totally over-renovated, a 100 year old house with a IKEA interior. The only original thing left was the stairs. Who would want to live in that It seems there were plenty who would going by the price it sold for! tojo
Since the turn of the year we have put offers on 2 houses, both offers were 9.5% over the home report value and offer over figure. I don't know how much the finally went for, but solicitor informed us there was a "substantially higher offer" put forward. Not sure if this helps? cdboy2002
In the end, I went 8.6% over (which was accepted) but it fell through as I couldn't complete my sale in England.
