Mr Miyagi Posted September 18, 2011 Report Share Posted September 18, 2011 I do a little ground work, very basic defence stuff, as it is a beginners class. The traditional Kung Fu Is more where i stick, But The competitive fighting (points and continuous) is where the most fun is.
