^ forgot to add, the customer of course does have to put in a claim first.

I wonder what compensation will have to be paid in a few years time when the interconnector gets trawled up ? .....

If the proposed new power station is built, it wont be a problem for local supplies.

If they gave everyone £54 it would come to just over £1,000,000. (£1.2M ish)

How do you arrive at that figure? Do you think every Shetland resident has their own house? No bairns then?

 

I would half your guess (at least) Only the bill payer would be due compensation.
