Will ask tomorrow when I'm in for da Paper. Scoop sells Orkney Beremeal, and I've made 50% Beremeal oven bannocks which came out fine. {100% was just too strong & heavy for my taste}Have added some beremeal to the Sourdough bread I make on occasion - it's very heavy and very strong flavoured, so you need to add white / brown / Spelt? Last I saw or heard o, wis in Bigton aboot 10 year ago.Da beremeal I bought fae Quendale Mill a while back wis been ground dere but grown in Orkney.
