shetlandpeat
I was just mentioning this to somebody today i.e that this wind/wet/rain has been dragging on since Christmas and it is seriously depressing If we have another "summer" like last year I don't know what I'll do I don't get up in the summer normally, though in October, Feb and March recently have been good for the visit, not always the travelling for the visit. Frances144
Good one Frances, pity about the jacket but like the hens standing by. To be fair, it was a day turning to sharn and clothes are for wearing not for a fashion shoot. We were not trying to be authentic, just experimenting with what it would take to plough a field. We ended up getting very bogged down and going off to plough Sandness beach instead, where we all learned how to set the thing up, how to lead the 'oss and how to actually do it. http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e302/Frances144/BN2A9825.jpg Not an easy task by any means and something that took lots of altering, opinions and working-out. http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e302/Frances144/BN2A0352.jpg Next time I will get everyone out in their Fair Isle ganseys!
