Farmer Brown
"Stoned Guitar" Great name for a band, by the way!"still enjoys "huge" cult status , if that makes sense" no I'm sorry that doesnt make any sense, I'm on Neil Storey's side. The "Hendrix Genre" Started here? Me thinks someone is having an acid flashback to something that never happened.Shetlink music just gets better, we have a pair of old "rockers" with zero taste and knowledge of music, playing out their love affair in public (thinking its cool - not realising how stupid and juvinile they sound)And now we have a guy who thinks Jimi Hendrix "borrowed quite a bit" of his bands music! You could not make this stuff up.Well you just made that up so obviously it is possible. Have another read and you will see your mistake.; it is established fact that Jimi got to see the Small Faces on a visit to the UK.What do you mean you are on Neil's side? Neil came to the audition (after getting his mum's permission) in his school uniform; he was only just 16 I think. Here is Neil drumming; he was always tidy; sadly missed. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_trw-h4gPjU

Farmer Brown
"he was always tidy" thats classic mate!If the guy is dead, I mean no disrespect. Understood. He and I joined Billy TK at the same time; we were both just kids getting our first break. The circumstances of his demise were tragic; he was no junky. Guest Anonymous
There is a thing called Shetland metal yes, and there are some quite talented musicians and metal bands up here, but just not my kind of metal.ACDC up here are considered gods, dont get me wrong, I like a bit of ACDC but I prefer my metal alot more heavier and dirty. It's not an easy form of communication without the non-verbal cues. I guess that is why so much music trading goes on. It's a fairly universal language.
