MuckleJoannie
I seem to mind it will be on in November.

Claadehol
When is this film, "Shetland" due to be screened? Or have I missed it?
EM
When is this film, "Shetland" due to be screened? Or have I missed it?The BBC have not yet set the transmission dates. The first half was previewed at Mareel in November. I note on Ms Cleeves' site that there is apparently another screening scheduled at Mareel on the afternoon of the Wednesday UHA holiday next week. Wednesday January 30th, afternoon Screening of Shetland, Mareel, Lerwick. A chance for people to see the BBC drama on the big screen.I don't see any mention of this at the Shetland Box Office, Mareel or Facecloot sites. The screens appear to be showing normal release material on Wednesday afternoon, so perhaps it was an idea which is not actually going to happen. DizzyKipper
I saw it as part of a trailer for 'drama coming soon on the BBC' or something like that, so it's not gone.
EM
..., so it's not gone. The TV transmission is obviously not gone, I was doubting the cinema showing next Wednesday.
plooky
I believe it will be shown on BBC 1 after Ripper Street has finished. The BBC have already started advertsing it, but with no fixed date.
stella
Does anyone know if this tv programme has already been on tv or when is it due on?
MuckleJoannie
I read somewhere that it will be on when Ripper Street finishes, in the same time slot. To whet your appetite there are a couple of snippets on this trailer. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p013yt5r
