leevoe
After loosing the will to live with BT and their poor service I have cut the cord. Bye Bye BT for good hopefully. TV through SKY no problem ( sky again another nightmare if you have to call them to get sense ) Phone line ( Mobile will do ) Skype is great and free. So left to find a Internet source - lots of satellite services out there has anyone got it - is it good - its more expensive - but if much better then is it worth it. over to you
unlinkedstudent
^ If you contact Islesat they might put you in touch with someone they installed it for and would tell you what it is like. I remember reading somewhere on Facebook about how someone had got Tooway (Islesat's Orkney half do the installs up here) and initially had problems but I think it is okay now. I hear it is not great if you are using it for playing games but fine for general internet use/e-mailing, streaming videos, etc. I might be getting it. Quarffie
I had a look at Tooway myself a few weeks back. I'd suggest you check out forums first (not shetlink! ) to see what others have to say about them. Personally I'm still undecided.
Skrunkie
Hi. You could always contact Steve Fordyce in Bigton. He's a reseller for Tooway up here in Shetland. He keeps them in stock and would be able to give you all the info on it.
