A lot of air action at Sumburgh today, seems we got all the Scatsta traffic as well, maybe weather related. The glitch with the S92 seems to have been resolved. S92 G-CHYG back in operation :-

Well, it was fair blawin a hoolie at Sumburgh today so I think aircraft of today should be this Saab 340 G-LGNH, she did a high pass to access the situation and then came in and hit the deck on 15/33. Makes me wonder how the Saab 2000's will do when they come on...

Flash-back to this time last year when due to the severe weather food supplies to the supermarkets in Lerwick were brought in by air. Farnair ATR 72 HB-AFK and Hercules C-130 EI-JIV  :-

Today at Sumburgh this Dornier 328 G-BZOG seemed to be on a fairy unique method of re-fuelling !   :-
