My guess is though that he can just re-create his account and carry on regardless. It's obviously not a uk seller so there's little that can be done by the Mods - even blocking the IP used is unlikely to thwart people like this. I agree in this case that the product being pushed is pretty distasteful, but on the whole the spamming is pretty funny with the lame attempts at "fitting in" with their pish-poor (or overly formal) command of english - see the Neil Armstrong thread today.
