only difference being the lettering on the side ramsie

Hey, that's a huge difference to some of those 'spotter' types!!

Standard level of accuracy for the Times.

The level seems to be slipping of late, I hear rumours of trouble at mill but that's off topic....

Any word on when the new OC will arrive?? There must be a bit of a pressure on Sikorsky at the moment, Shetland alone, is due another five S92s. Bristows in Scatsta only have one of six, although two are supposedly en-route.

Just a little note that the new helicopters will still be "Rescue OC" & "Rescue LC"

There registration will be G-CGOC and G-CGLC

The CG there for "coastguard".

Bit of a personalized reg in my book  haha.

But they should be hear early in the new-year.

Cheers.

^^^

Personalised regs - sad but true. Everyone is getting in on the idea though the oil companies that form the IAC have done the same.

The first of the Intergrated Aviation Constortiums S92s has the reg G-IACA. The next being B, then C, etc etc...

Not to mention the local council Islander aircraft - G-SICA & G-SICB

Looks like it was destroyed. The CAA doesn't re-issue regs either so you'll never find the G-SPOT now...

That green meenie has been making a hell of a din flying about the airport all day, I do believe that it has been training pilots ect but i do wish it would go train at Scatsta, where they are meant to be flying out of (!!??), canny hear the telly ! It's damned sound polution and if it goes on too long then I for one will be pressing my local MP and Councillor to put a stop to it!!!! Bl**dy pilots and helicraft companies!!!
