dead mans hand
I am unsure if this is true, I was hoping that someone would be able to tell me. Has the Shetland Islands Council renewed the lease on Charlotte House, even though they do not need it any more? Someone at finance signed the new 5-year lease and the Council cannot sublet it. So the council is left with a bill for 5 years on a building that they no longer require. Is this true?
