They said they were a welsh company and were sub-contracting here, I thought that was a bit strange but wasn't quick enough to ask who they were sub contracting too. They see Shetland as rich pickings and I'm sure you I'll find that the local established firm can be as competitive and they will be here in six months if things go wrong.
