fionajohn
if you are not careful the ponies wil end up tagged and recorded beyond all sensible bounderies to appease the high leigons of the dogooders and their like pandering to vote begging mps then we will lose more of our island identity to the uneducated city dwellers who always think they know best
paulb
its all down to food tracing. i don't mind the passports and chipping. it should reduce theft and help tracking. not a great fan of the stud books fees mind you.
shetlandpeat
There has Been support within the equine community to treat horses etc as food stock because of cases of poor treatment. It would improve the lot of some animals. This is however oldish news but still a debated topic. The laws and support from the voluntary sector are not enough at the moment. Frances144
Sorry not to have been in touch for a while, but I seem to find myself in hospital being barrier nursed with colitis and lower gastro intestinal bleeding. When I get home, I will update the blog. The bebbies are getting on well. They are brightening up more and showing some spark.
