daveh Posted January 19, 2014 Report Share Posted January 19, 2014 (edited) We are returning an item to Amazon and they are arranging for a company called DPD to pick it up from us. As DPD are not based in the islands, can someone please tell me who the Shetland-based agent company is who would come and pick the item up instead. If they don't pick it up on the specified day, I would like to be able to contact the relevant local company rather than have to go back to Amazon.
