bresail Posted February 7, 2014 Report Share Posted February 7, 2014 I am glad that you asked this squirrel.I have been curious for sometime, to know that if someone wishes to malign someone to a moderator etc. Is the moderator not duty bound to notify the possibly maligned person and or the police of tne accusations made? A Spanish friend of mine was falsely accused of something last year and is bringing a case against the the person who started the whole thing.Could this question be answered please?regards,Rex. I believe bringing the police into this is a bit too overly; it is only if it gets really serious (as in abuse, in which it will commit a crime).
