MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

 

The Head of Living Streets Scotland will develop Living Streets in Scotland (part of the UK-wide Living Streets), expand its funding base and promote its vision and objectives to the country’s stakeholder groups including community members, practitioners and policy and decision makers. The role will include leading the team to influence stakeholders, develop the organisations presence in Scotland, and deliver our work with communities, schools, supporters and wider audiences, in line with funder and organisational requirements.  

The post holder will report to the Director of Policy and Communications, and as Team Leader, will manage the other staff in the Living Streets Scotland team. It will be necessary for the post holder to travel to London occasionally, when requested.
