Ghostrider
Depends on so many things. Where, what quality, what condition it and any fences/dykes are in, size of plot(s), accessibility, if any subsidy entitlements are included in the deal etc. Who has responsibility for maintenance/repairs etc, and basically how desperate any potential renter is. Were it me, I'd try advertising it asking for offers as a first step, and see what comes in.
drjunk
Situated on the mainland. Generally good access, right next to the road. Decent land for any type of livestock, reasonably flat. Fences are good. The person who would be renting would get all subsidy entitlements to the 150+ acres. The existing fences would have to be maintained by the tenant. This is not an advertisement by the way. My father just wants a rough idea on what people are charging that's all?
