Spam

There's nothing in your account settings at the Shetlink end that would account for the problem you describe but if we've picked you up correctly it sounds like your email client (gmail, hotmail, yahoo etc) has automatically flagged emails from Shetlink as spam. If that's the case then you'll need to let your email client know that Shetlink emails aren't spam. How to do this will vary but try going into your spam email folder, select a Shetlink email and mark it as 'not spam'

 

If that doesn't work then please provide some more detail so we can look into it:

  • Which emails are you referring to?
  • What do you mean by 'Shetlink keeps saying'? Is it an error message? And if so when / under which circumstances does it appear?
  • By 'they wont send me emails' do you mean Shetlink won't send emails?
