Apparently there was a build up of brown stuff (B.S.) in the rafters. It had been designed to operate with B.S. for 25 years, but apparently there has been a huge out of control increase in B.S. Several tons of B.S. in fact putting great strain on the whole system.

'Tent is a covered football/hockey pitch for the new school. Da White Hoose is apparantly rented from SLAP, the  Shetland Charitable Trust property wing. But as its under 10 years old it should be the builders problem?

Depends.  Be interesting to see whether there was a 10 year warranty on par with NHBC (although they do offer them too for commercial properties) and/or whether or not it turns out to be a design fault (architect)/load miscalculation (structural engineer)/insufficient foundations ... might end up a nice insurance claim, who knows?

I'm surprised that this office was ever allowed to be built at the North Ness  next to a fuel depot with a ship repair yard next to it.

Welding torches, aceylene  and oxygen cylinders.power tools, guess it must meet health and safety

Probably lucky it is only a little subsidence(if that should be the problem) and that it is not the whole thing going  ,**BOOM BOOM**.
